Florette’s journey began in France in 1987, focusing on washed and ready-to-eat salad leaf mixes expanding its operations into the UK in 1991, where it played a pioneering role in the fresh prepared salad market. As of 2024, Florette proudly celebrates 25 years of producing its brand in the UK and supporting the local community.

Recognised for its iconic Crispy Salad, Florette products are purchased by nearly one-third of households in the UK. The brand is owned by a dedicated team of farmers who strive to go the extra mile, ensuring that the highest quality and freshness are delivered to consumers.

Drawing on the collective expertise of three farmer-owned cooperatives that combine to form a member base of 12,000 farmers, they are deeply committed to ensuring quality and freshness in every aspect of their cultivation. They meticulously manage soil health and carefully monitor water, sunlight, and temperature to create optimal growing conditions, allowing their salads to thrive and deliver exceptional taste.
