Among their 100 acres of field crops, 10 acres are dedicated to polytunnels, allowing for an extended growing season for their unique selection of baby leaves and specialty herbs. With a commitment to growing as much as possible within Yorkshire, the business operates on a daily cutting schedule, adhering to the same 12-hour turnaround. To enhance their summer productions, they have established a reliable network of overseas suppliers from countries such as Israel, Italy, Spain, Ethiopia, and Kenya, all of whom meet minimum GLOBAL GAP accreditation standards and share the same commitment to quality as Herbs Unlimited.
Rob, the farm manager, is dedicated to ensuring that the produce meets the highest quality standards. He meticulously oversees every phase of the process, from ground preparation and drilling to spraying and harvesting, striving to deliver exceptional quality and a reliable supply for customers.
