Minor, Weir and Willis

Established in 1963, Minor Weir and Willis (MWW) are one of the UK’s largest family-owned suppliers of exotic and conventional fresh fruit, vegetables and salads. Farming over 2,500 acres of land in the Severn Valley, MWW supply Oliver Kay with fresh produce such as Tenderstem® broccoli and spring onions.

MWW has been recognised in the FPJ Big 50 Companies for 2024, earning the 21st spot on the list that ranks the largest UK-based suppliers of fruit and vegetables. This list includes growers, importers, and traders, emphasizing companies that focus on fresh produce rather than retailers or caterers.

Today, MWW is one of the largest independent fresh produce businesses in the UK and Europe. The company thrives on an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for high-quality, great-tasting produce, sourcing and ripening both homegrown and imported goods while also cultivating its own farms worldwide.

MWW is committed to sustainability and responsible business practices, supporting communities at home and abroad. The company reinvests its profits to foster future development, aiming to ensure a brighter future for its employees, suppliers, and customers.
