Kale, Cranberry, Carrot And Orange Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow carrot Julienne
- 1 Purple carrot Julienne
- 1 White carrot Julienne
- 1 Orange segmented
- 50g Dried cranberries
- 100g Kale no stalk, chiffonade
- Seasoning
Method
Dice the orange segments and mix all ingredients together, correct the seasoning and serve as a great winter salad.
