- 1 Pack mixed cooked grains
- E.V Olive oil
- 6 Blood oranges segmented
- 1 Bunch of samphire washed
- 200g Chopped Italian pitted olives
- 10g Picked parsley
- 5g Picked chervil
- 5g Picked mint
- 5g Picked dill
- 1 Bulb fennel finely sliced & Kept in ice water
- Seasoning
Method
Heat a large pan with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil & sauté the samphire gently. Add the grains to warm through and remove from the heat, mix in the rest of the ingredients correct seasoning and serve.
