Red & Green Kale Crisps
Ingredients
- Red Kale, no stalk & washed
- Green Kale, no stalk & washed
Method
Heat a fryer to 180c and fry the kale in batches for 10 seconds, taking care as it will spit when plunged in to the hot oil.
Drain on to absorbent paper and place in a de-hydrator at 70c for about 10 hours to crisp up well and drain. Season with whatever you like, it works well with garlic salt, or spices.
