Ingredients
- 5 Sweet potatoes cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp. Dried oregano
- 1 tbsp. Cumin seeds
- 2 tsp Dried chilli flakes
- Sherry vinegar
- Olive oil
Method
Cover the wedges in the oil, herbs & Spices. And bake in a roasting trays at 190c for about 15 mins till cooked and browned
Season with the sherry vinegar and salt and serve
